De La Ville offers a wide range of services and facilities to all guests.  For any query or special request, our courteous and professional staff and Concierge Service will be happy to help.  From arranging business requirements to organizing your daily holiday excursions, booking restaurant tickets, museum tickets, arranging tour guides, city and wine region tours, travel information,  the Concierge is on hand and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room and consists of a wide assortment of fresh fruit, fruit juices, yogurt, cereal, homemade pastries, cheese and even bacon and eggs.  The American Bar is open from 11:00 until midnight and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a warm and welcoming lounge.  Visit during the Happy Hour from 6:00 to 7:00 when drinks are discounted by 50%.  Snacks will also be provided.  During the After Dinner party, from 10:00 to 11:00 drinks are also discounted by 50% and served with fresh assorted sweet pastries.

Meeting

Conference facilities are available to accomodate business meetings, seminars, congresses and any large social events.  The meeting room can hold up to 50 people when organized as a theatre or 30 people arranged with a banquet or horseshoe table.  Air conditioning is also fitted in this area.  Technical equipment available include: an amplification system, microphones, direct dial telephone line, fax and photocopying.

Touring Florence

If you wish to be accompanied around Florence tours can arranged.  Experienced tour guides are available in Florence and the surrounding Italian cities such as Siena, San Gimignano, Perugia, Lucca, Roma, Assisi and Pisa.  Special tours of the famous cheese making and wine regions like Montepulciano and Frascati, are also popular.

Please enquire with our staff regarding the following services: laundry and ironing, dry cleaning,  transporting and storing luggage, wake up calls, baby sitting, private garage, transfer to and from the airport/train station.  All these services can be arranged.
