• What time is check-in?
            Check-in is from 2:00 pm onwards.

• And when do guests have to check-out?
            Before 12:00 am.

• Is breakfast included?
            Yes, guests are served an abundant continental breakfast.

• Is there a bar/lounge?
            Yes.  Visit during Happy Hour or during the After Hour Party.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
            We prefer that it is settled on departure.

• What languages are spoken?
            English, French, Spanish, German and of course Italian.

• Is there a train station nearby?
            Yes, Santa Maria Novella is 5 minutes away.

• Are there any quite romantic rooms?
            Yes.  All our rooms are sound proofed.

• Do rooms have a terrace or balcony?
            No.

• Is there a gym or swimming pool?
            No.

• Are there any car parking facilities?
            Yes, we have an arrangement with a local garage.  Please             enquire.

• Can we rent a car?
            There are various car rental offices in the area.

• Are small pets welcome?
            Yes.

• Do you have a ticket reservation service?
            Yes.

• Are there conference facilities?
            Yes, accomodating 50 people.
